Level 2 Performing and Production Arts

 Tuesday:  we did a lighting lesson on what the importance of lighting is and did you enjoy learning about lighting.  So on Tuesday we learnt how to do lighting in different ways and different types of colours and had a session with Kane from film and TV. He taught us some stuff about lighting that we didn't already know about it we also watched a couple of videos on lighting. Then we started to talk about what different types of lights there are for that scene we did that for 3 videos and then at the end of the lesson we told Kane about what we had learnt. Wednesday: worked on news reports and worked on scripts and editing it  So what we did today was worked on our news report, and was getting ready for filming our news reports next week and then we started to look at some news reports from other people online. We also just talked about different types of news reports. with the scripts we worked on the home scenes and the other scenes we did was the blackout scene. ...

 Tuesday 12th march 2024: On this day we did some more filming of the scenes that we are almost finished what i learnt is how to do more shots of camera angles and i helped film the rest of everyone's scenes and also got some more of our scene done which people helped with that as well. and i learned some more camera angles with Kane.  Wednesday  what we did with the level 3's is we did some warm up games for example vocal warm ups played some new games which they helped us to learn i found it very  good but didn't get it straight away Thursday: with tom we looked at the performance by the Vertabin  Theatre called 'our Generation' it was focusing on what our generation is like these days for many teenagers but it also uses the idea of how they included voice records so that the audience know what the teenagers meant because it was being said in their own words and then been put into a script  Friday we started to work on our interrogations for our performan...

 Tuesday 5th March 2024:    What we did today was we did some  more of filming for the other groups and we went around the whole college filming the scenes we needed I cant finish my last scene because we cant use the hospital on Tuesday mornings so we are gonna  do the scene on Thursday 14th march 2024 which will be our last filming day i have really enjoyed filming my other scenes and filming everyone else's scenes.  Wednesday 6th march 2024: What we did today is we started to write the script for our final last big performance we started to think about what we want to say on our script and who is who on each scene we carryed on and got some more of the script write and then we started to do some more reharsal of the lines.  Thursday 7th march 2024: we learnt about mental health and how to keep safe and what is good for your mental health and what isnt good gfor your mental health.  Friday 8th march  we worked on our scripts for our home sc...
